The Research Conclave on Global Transformation (ReCon GT 2024), held on April 19-20, 2024, in Calicut, India, marked the second edition of NIT Calicut’s esteemed research conclaves. Building on the success of ReCon 2023, this event brought together academics, researchers, and policymakers to explore transformative solutions for global challenges.

With a focus on sustainability, inclusivity, and resilience, the conclave provided a platform for interdisciplinary discussions, paper presentations, expert lectures, and plenary sessions. Around 300 participants from academia, civil society, international organizations, and the private sector engaged in thought-provoking dialogues, aiming to drive meaningful change.
