The Research Forum at NIT Calicut, as part of its flagship Research Conclave and ongoing skill development initiatives, is pleased to announce a
National Level Workshop on Advanced Materials Characterisation. This pre-conclave event will provide advanced theory classes and practical demonstration of three state-of-the-art instruments:
- Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)
- X-ray Diffraction (XRD)
- Raman Spectroscopy
The workshop is designed to address the growing demand for expertise in materials characterisation, which is essential for evaluating the physical, chemical, and functional properties of materials across diverse scientific and industrial domains. This initiative is supported by the Centre for Continuing Education and Skill Development (CCESD) and Centre for Materials Characterisation (CMC) , NITC, to empower aspiring researchers with practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
